Call for Proposals

Machine learning experts are invited to submit a three-hour, hands-on workshop or practical tutorial. The content should be highly practical and genuinely useful for our advanced technical audience.

• Abstract: up to 500 words
• Attendees will be asked to bring their own laptops.
• The acceptance rate is higher than for the Call for Talks.
• Multiple speakers per session are welcome; two to three are recommended.
• Workshops must be delivered in person, with an audience of up to 80 participants.
• Selected speakers receive a complimentary full-conference ticket and an invitation to the VIP speakers’ dinner. Travel and accommodation are not covered.

Selected workshops are announced by October 31, 2026.
Inspiration: our 2026 workshop program

A significant part of the program is shaped by the community. We invite submissions for 25-minute talks followed by 5 minutes of discussion, delivered in person in Prague to an audience of more than 800 attendees.

• Abstract up to 500 words.
• Present an innovative theoretical or practical result for an advanced ML/AI audience — no promotional or product talks.
• Each talk may have one speaker.
• Selected speakers receive a free full-conference ticket and a VIP speakers' dinner invitation (travel and accommodation not covered).

Inspiration: our 2026 talks

Present a machine-learning project or an academic research at the poster session. Submissions are judged on originality, impact, novelty and clarity.

• Abstract up to 500 words.
• Present in person during the lunchtime poster session; at least one author must attend the conference.
• Selected authors receive a 30% ticket discount and prepare an A0 poster (stands provided).

Selected posters are announced by February 15, 2027.
