Šimon Podhajský

Šimon Podhajský is Principal AI Engineer at Curebase. He co-founded Evals.cz, Prague's practitioner community for AI evaluation. Before that, as Head of AI at Waypoint AI, he built the company's evaluation strategy: grounded-theory error analysis to derive criteria, regression suites, and LLM-as-judge pipelines validated against human labels. He is building DebateFlow, a benchmark for LLM debate judgement with controlled failure modes and human-adjudicated ground truth, and brings 15 years of adjudicating competitive debates to the question of what makes judgement trustworthy. He studied cognitive science at Yale.
